I would very much appreciate prayers for my Grandmother, Joan, who is suffering from advanced vascular dementia. She will be turning 90 years old this month and recently lost her husband, my grandfather, who died of a heart attack. Please also lift up her family and caregivers in prayer as well. As she nears the end of her earthly journey, please also pray for the grace of a happy death.

Please pray for my mom's physical, mental, and spiritual healing. Physically, that she may walk and move her limbs normally. She was faithful to her balance therapy exercises. She said, "I'm going to fight this thing." She wanted to progress although the exercises tired her. Mentally, her long stories and torrents of comments are exhausting her. It must contribute to her dry mouth, and the endless talking keeps her wired up and unable to rest. May the new sleep medicine help her rest, but not take away who she is. We do want to communicate. We will listen to her as long as she wants, but help calm her if the talking flusters her and makes her feel worse. Finally, spiritually, may she receive the Sacraments of the Church. Covid and contintence issues kept her from Mass, but her heart was always there every Sunday. Please, Lord, reward her faithfulness to You by sending a priest to her. She watched and prayed the Mass on tv every week. May the Real Presence of Jesus come to her in the Blessed Sacrament, along with the anointing, to give her spiritual strength, and if God wills it, strength to the body as well. Thank you for my family who show love and concern for each other in so many ways. Thank you for the example of my parents and their love and care for each other for over 66 years. God bless her caregiver Brenda who is gentle and loving towards her in so many ways. St. Barbara, intercede and pray for your namesake, Barbara. Thank you to anyone who may see this and include my mother in their prayers.

Please pray for my mother Juliette Hardin. Pray for healing for her mentally, physically, Spiritually and emotionally. Please Lord Jesus heal her open wounds around her colostomy bag on her abdomen. Praying for colostomy bag to stop leaking. Heal my mother short term and long term memory. Increase her appetite . Heal her nausea and dizziness she is still experiencing Lord we pray. Please give my sister Natalie ( care giver) energy, patience, Spiritual Wisdom to take care of our mother. Incredible my brother John Faith and give him energy, patience and Spiritual Wisdom to take care of our mother. Also, we pray for a miracle Lord to heal my mother Juliette eyes ( she is blind). Please pray for my mother who is suffering from Dementia. She is a wonderful mother and has had so many hardships in her life. She already had an organ transplant that saved her life and now battling this horrible disease. Please pray for my father who is her caregiver for strength and clarity and to get though the rough times. And a prayer for my sisters and I to grieve peacefully while we endure the long goodbye.

My father began his ministry at the tender age of 9 years old, singing on the national radio broadcast "Children's Bible Hour". He spent more than 70 years in full-time Christian ministry, traveling across the nation and around the world "Singing For Jesus." Dementia spiraled during the COVID lockdowns. My parents have prayed together every morning for more than half a decade. One morning, dad did not remember what prayer is. Every experience of his past has vanished. He does not remember his children, his grandchildren, his great-grandchildren. My mom, his beloved wife, is his caregiver. It is her prayer that he can remain in their home for the rest of his life. Kindly remember them in your prayers.

Jeff lives with dementia in London, UK. His wife Lin and his children find it increasingly difficult to care for him and are looking for care help. They are hoping that Karen, a friendly local care worker, will be willing to start this week. Please pray for the care givers Lin, their children and his sister Toni, all of whom love Jeff very much. Mom is almost 87yrs and depression over the last several years obscured the beginning of dementia after my dad’s passing and now we are full fledge advanced dementia. My family (husband, teenage son and myself) are working hard to keep mom home with us. Please pray for her health and strength otherwise and our olive, patience and kindness.

Please pray for my father as he suffers the symptoms of dementia. I pray that he feels our love and knows that we are there for him regardless of what he does and doesn't remember. Clear the fog and let him see us through this battle. Please pray for my mother as she cares for my dad and struggles with losing the past man- that she may grow deeper in love with this present man even with the stressors and emotions. Please pray for my 95 year old mom with dementia. My husband and I are taking care of her. Please ask God to give us the grace, strength and to continue. Some days are very difficult.
